Voice
Can I be understood?
Clarity, articulation, pace, pause, tone, emphasis, fluency and vocal control.
Every child has a voice. VOXLY SKILLS helps them develop the intelligence to use it, through a progressive pathway from KG to Grade 12.
VOXLY SKILLS systematically develops how students express what they think, listen to others, ask better questions, reason, present, influence and lead. Not just how a student speaks — the whole communicator.
A quiet student can be a strong communicator. We develop clarity, judgement and participation — not loudness. Confidence means being increasingly able to take part when it matters, not adopting a particular personality.
Communication is more than speaking. Each dimension is developed deliberately, observed in real behaviour and strengthened year after year.
Can I be understood?
Clarity, articulation, pace, pause, tone, emphasis, fluency and vocal control.
Can I communicate with composure?
Posture, body language, audience awareness, gesture, movement and presence.
Can I bring ideas to life?
Imagination, emotion, storytelling, creativity and authentic expression.
Can I communicate with people, not merely at them?
Listening, questioning, conversation, empathy, collaboration, assertiveness and respectful disagreement.
Is there quality behind what I say?
Idea formation, organisation, reasoning, evidence, critical thinking, problem-solving and judgement.
Can I move an idea forward responsibly?
Persuasion, argumentation, debate, negotiation, facilitation and leadership communication.
Can I communicate intelligently in a technology-rich world?
Camera communication, media literacy, AI-assisted communication, verification and responsible digital communication.
Seven interconnected dimensions, developed together into one confident, thoughtful communicator.
Six levels from KG to Grade 12. Each builds on the last, so communication grows alongside a child’s thinking — steadily, deliberately and at the right age.

One 60-minute session a week, built into the school timetable. Every grade follows the same rhythm, while the content and expectations rise from KG to Grade 12.
Observed as behaviours, shared with parents through VOXLY Passport, never ranked. Each student is compared only with their own earlier progress.
A quiet student can be a strong communicator. We develop clarity, judgement and participation, not loudness.
A polished delivery cannot compensate for weak ideas. VOXLY develops the quality behind the communication.
Students learn to understand, summarise, question and build on what others say.
Confidence means being increasingly able to participate and communicate when needed, not adopting a particular personality.
Persuasion, debate and leadership are taught with evidence, respect, ethics and accountability.
Technology may assist communication, but students remain responsible for judgement, verification, originality and purpose.
What evidence to trust. What question to ask. How to understand another person. And how to take responsibility for the communication they create. VOXLY treats technology as an assistant — never a replacement for a student’s own thinking.
Your school implements a defined curriculum with facilitator training, assessment and quality standards. Students experience it as VOXLY SKILLS at your school, co-branded with your school’s name and logo, with the VOXLY identity kept intact.
We understand your school, your grades and what you want students to develop.
Your grades are mapped to the right VOXLY levels, from Spark in KG to Lead in Grade 12.
Your facilitators are trained through VOXLY Academy towards the VOXLY Certified Facilitator (VCF) credential.
Structured sessions, developmental assessment through the VDI and ongoing quality assurance.
Students, facilitators, parents and school leaders share one platform. Profiles show growth in each dimension and the next step for every learner — never a public leaderboard.
Planning for the next academic year? Let’s map VOXLY to your grades.
Book a school consultationVOXLY helps each child become increasingly able to express ideas clearly, listen thoughtfully, communicate with others and speak when it matters — in their own way.
Progress is shown by dimension — voice, presence, thinking and more — so you can see specific evidence of what your child is developing.
Children are never ranked against each other. Profiles focus on each child’s next steps.
Through VOXLY Passport, badges reward observed communication behaviours, not attendance alone.
Your child is safe to try, expected to think, encouraged to speak, required to listen and allowed to retry.
Student, facilitator, parent and school platform.
AI-assisted feedback on observable communication.
Each student’s progress and recognition journey.
The annual showcase and capstone experience.
Facilitator and professional learning, leading to the VOXLY Certified Facilitator (VCF) credential.
The VDI developmental assessment framework — growth by dimension, never public rankings.

It is the ability to form ideas, express them clearly, understand others, ask good questions, adapt to different audiences and use influence responsibly. VOXLY develops it across seven dimensions: Voice, Presence, Expression, Connection, Thinking, Influence and Digital Voice.
Those classes focus on fluency or performance. VOXLY develops the whole communicator — listening, questioning, reasoning, presenting, influencing and leading — through a structured pathway from KG to Grade 12. Fluency and speaking are part of it, not the whole of it.
KG to Grade 12, across six levels: Spark (KG), Explore (Grades 1–2), Express (Grades 3–5), Connect (Grades 6–8), Influence (Grades 9–10) and Lead (Grades 11–12).
AI can generate language, but students still need to decide what is worth saying, which evidence to trust and how to understand another person. VOXLY teaches students to use technology responsibly while staying accountable for their own judgement, verification, originality and purpose.
Yes. Voice is not volume. VOXLY does not try to make children louder or more extroverted. Every session includes pair and small-group work, so quieter students can practise, contribute and be recognised without being put on the spot.
We don’t promise instant confidence. Confidence grows as students become increasingly able to take part and communicate when it matters — and we show you that growth step by step.
Through VOXLY Passport and end-of-term reports: growth in each of the seven dimensions, badges for behaviours the facilitator actually observed, and next steps you can support at home. Children are never ranked against each other.
No. Students present, debate and showcase their work — including at VOXLY Fest — but the aim is a lifelong capability, not trophies.
One 60-minute session a week: 30 sessions across the school year, organised into five units that each end in a showcase, with VOXLY Fest to close the year.
Facilitators trained through VOXLY Academy, working towards the VOXLY Certified Facilitator (VCF) credential. They follow a structured curriculum with detailed session plans, and regular quality reviews keep delivery consistent.
Through the VOXLY Development Index (VDI). Facilitators observe specific behaviours and record each as Emerging, Developing or Secure, building a growth profile for every student by dimension. There are no public scores or rankings.
